Хураангуй

Ажлын байрны стресс нь тогтвортой байдлыг алдагдуулж, цаашид үргэлжилбэл стресст байнгын хүргэдэг удаан архаг (Cartwright, 1997). Ажлын байрны стресс нь хувь хүний физиологийн болон сэтгэл зүйн эмгэг үүсэхэд томоохон нөлөө үзүүлдэг бөгөөд үр дүнд нь ажлын бүтээмж буурч, ажилдаа сэтгэл санамжгүй болж, ажлын гүйцэтгэл буурч, сэтгэл зүйд муугаар нөлөөлдөг (Teasdale, 2006) болохыг гадаадын судлаачид тогтоожээ. Стресс нь ажлын байрны орчинд маш их хор хөнөөлтэй нөлөө үзүүлдэг (Lambert et al, 2003) гэсэн судалгаа ч байдаг. Аливаа нэг салбарын гүйцэтгэх удирдлагын түвшинд ажиллаж буй дарга, эрхлэгч нар нь өөрийн удирдлагад байгаа багш, ажилтнуудтай байнга харилцаж байдаг. Дээрх удирдлагууд нь ажлын байран дээр таагүй байдал үүсгэвэл энэ нь багш, ажилтан, албан хаагчдад стресс үүсэх нөхцөлийг үүсгэнэ. Тухайн ажлын онцлогоос шалтгаалж ажлын хэт ачаалал, ажил амьдралын тэнцвэр алдагдах, цалингийн хэмжээ бага байх г.м хүчин зүйлүүд нь ажлын байрны стресс үүсэхэд нөлөөлөх магадлалтай. Төрийн өмчит их сургуулийн багш нарын ажлын байрны стрессийн өнөөгийн байдал, түүнийг үүсэхэд нөлөөлдөг хүчин зүйлсийг тодорхойлох, эдгээрийн хоорондын уялдаа холбоог илрүүлэх зорилгоор энэхүү судалгааг хийсэн юм.
