Төрийн бодлогын анхаарал татсан асуудлын нэг бол нийтийн нөөцийн удирдлага юм. Өнөө цагт интернет, нийтийн тээвэр, холбоо, олон нийтийн сүлжээ, нийтийн номын сан, мэдлэг, агаар мандал, байгалийн нөөц, соёлын өв гээд олон хүн хамтаараа ашигладаг нөөц түгээмэл болсон, Харамсалтай нь байгалийн болоод хүний бүтээсэн нийтийн нөөц ховордох, устах, бохирдох эсвэл ашиглалтын хэт ачаалал үүсэх үзэгдэл их байна.
